1. What type of deposit is required for the chocolate fountain?
A $250.00 deposit is required to hold your event date. Your remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to your event date.
 
2.How long can I have the fountain at my event?
You will have the fountain at your event for 3 hours, however we will stay longer if needed.
 
3.What kind of chocolate is used?
Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate or White Chocolate is available.
 
4. Who is responsible for the Set-Up, Operation and Clean-Up of the fountain?
Maximum Delights will provide all set-up, operation and clean-up of the fountain.
 
5. What is the minimum and maximum number of guest?
There is no minimum or maximum.
 
6. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Cash, Check or Money Order only at this time.
 
7. How far in advance do I have to reserve my date?
2 Days as long as the date is available.
 
8. Who provides the decorations for the table?
Maximum Delights will decorate the fountain table at no extra charge to match your color scheme.
 
9. Can we request special dippings for our event and is there a charge for this?
Yes you may, as long as an outside vendor is allowed.
 
10. Do you offer colored chocolate to coordinate with my color scheme?
Yes we have colored chocolate. Please contact me for available colors.
 
11. How far will you travel to host my event?
Unlimited. However for long distance events accommodations can be made.
 
12. What about facilities that do not allow outside vendors?
In this event you will get the Chocolate Fountain and the Maximum Delights staff, with the dippings being provided by the hall.
 
What is required of you or the facility

In order to ensure a successful event, it is necessary that the Chocolate Fountain be set up properly. We therefore require access to the desired setup area at least 90 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. We also require 60 minutes after the conclusion of the agreed upon rental time period, in order to disassemble and clean up the chocolate fountain. This time required for setup and take down does NOT count toward the scheduled rental time of the fountain.

You must provide the following:

~Sturdy and level table capable of supporting 150 pounds. (Once the fountain has been set up, it cannot be moved)

~Sufficient power for the operation of the fountain, which requires at least one 120-volt circuit that supplies at least 15 amps, according to nomal safety standards, within 20 feet of the set-up area.

~Ready access to a kitchen and sink facilities.(IF AVAILABLE)
